 Populism , narcicism, psychopathy, despotism, the love of power leads to---corruption and tyrany. The despot can do no wrong. He is above all laws. He can do whatever he wants! (not subject to any constraints or accountability).He is not restrained by any scruples or sense of morality. All who dare oppose the absolute power of authoritarian ruler become victims of retribution.
