We are all complicit in these atrocities.
ReplyDeleteLithium battery manufacturers should pay these workers a decent. wage even if it. means they have to accept less profits, and we have to pay more for our electric devices.
This is just one example of how corporate greed (profiteering at any cost) is violating human rights and destroying the environment.
ReplyDeletePredatory capitalism must be regulated so this irresponsible behaviour is prevented.
We need a breakthrough in battery technology that does not use cadmium or lithium.
