How wonderfully you are made!

Earth Infant

Mother,Mother,Mother
--artwork by Christopher Gilbert

We are all exquisitely vulnerable creatures deserving of being cherished and protected from injury.

We are each unique and have much to learn from one another!

The human body is an amazing machine (made of some 10 trillion cells) that is designed to be healthy. Health and wellness are programmed into your DNA from the time of conception until your last breath of life. Your biological system works perfectly as long as it is not perturbed or interfered with by physical, chemical or emotional stressors.
Your body is wise.
Listen to it!
You have everything you need to be healthy and happy!
In the human organism information about the cellular level of function/life is not acknowledged as being accessible to ordinary consciouness. This means that most of what occurs in our bodies takes place outside of our awareness. That is, our body's organs function without our conscious effort or control---controlled by the 26,000 genes with wch we are born.
If we are alive we are a miracle—we are the result of that one gold medal swimmer who has beaten out millions of other contenders for the coveted prize of first place at the egg.
Conception and birth are miracles. Is not every conception immaculate--a miracle of nature?
In every womb occurs the miracle of the Word being made flesh!
Then there are all the moment-by-moment miracles wch sustain this life.In our bodies we digest food and grow. We repair ourselves…all unconscious acts. We maintain our blood pressure and temperature. We accomplish great feats on a daily basis. We need to remind ourselves of our greatness—to pay attention to all the great things we do every day . If we were to take the time to write down all the fantastic things we have accomplished in our life we would quickly come to appreciate our greatness.
We spend so much of our lives focusing our attention on and pursueing what we don’t have and ignoring all that we do have—such as life and breath!
Stop to tell yourself that you already have everything essential—that you are already great! You are a marvellous and extraordinary creature. Give yourself the respect and affirmation you deserve!
Everything you need to feel complete and joyful--you already have! It's already in you!
All things are already complete in us.There is no greater joy than to be conscious of the goodness within you/us.If one strives to treat others as he would be treated by them,he shall not fail to come near the perfect life.

Gratitude is the mother of joy!
Ingratitude is the greatest sin!
A thankful heart is the greatest virtue!

The greatest wealth within us is the power of appreciation!
Without this capacity nothing would be of any value!...just so much motion without meaning!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If we are not filled to overflowing with joy,the deficiency lies not in any lack other than our failure to use our capacity to appreciate all that we have been given!
Each day a million miracles go unnoticed and unappreciated for lack of attention.

"There are hundreds of ways to kneel and kiss the ground--let the beauty we love be what we do" --Rumi ...(for what we do will determine what we become!)

"Let it be born in mind how infinitely complex and close-fitting are the mutual relations of all organic beings to each other and to their physical conditions of life"--Charles Darwin (On The Origin of Species)

A unicellular organism just 10 µm in diameter is a very complex machine consisting of at least 10 quadrillion atoms of different kind .
How can something made of so many pieces survive and function without malfunctioning, and even copy itself without error?

Wunderkind
------Alanis Morissette

Oh perilous place
Walk backwards toward you
Blink disbelieving eyes chilled to the bone
Most visibly brave
No apprehended gloom
First to take this foot to virgin snow

I am a magnet for all kinds of deeper wonderment
I am a wunderkind ohwowoh
I lift the envelope pushed far enough to believe this
I am a princess on the way to my throne
destined to serve
destined to roam

Oh ominous place
Spellbound and un-childproofed
My least favorite chill to bear alone

Compatriots in place
They’d cringe if I told you
Our best back pocket secret: our bond full blown

I am a magnet for all kinds of deeper wonderment
I am a wunderkind ohwowoh
I am a pioneer naïve enough to believe this
I am a princess on the way to my throne
destined to seek
destined to know

Most beautiful place
Reborn and blown off roof
My view: about face whether, great will be done

I am a magnet for all kinds of deeper wonderment
I am a wunderkind ohwowoh
I am a groundbreaker naïve enough to believe this
I am a princess on the way to my throne

I am a magnet for all kinds of deeper wonderment
I am a wunderkind ohwowoh
I am the Joan of Arc and smart enough to believe this
I am a princess on the way to my throne

Destined to reign, destined to roam
Destined to reign, destined to roam
Ohahahoohah
Ohahahoohah
Destined to reign, destined to roam
Destined to reign, destined to roam
